Tullverket is looking for a Method Manager to shape new ways of working

Responsibilities

• ▹Own, develop and standardize the SDLC and related processes
• ▹Establish and lead a method support network within the IT department
• ▹Build up and further develop the method support function, including working methods, routines and team structure
• ▹Ensure the method is easy to understand, apply and communicate
• ▹Support method-related questions and their continuous improvement within the IT department
• ▹Drive training and information initiatives related to the method
• ▹Follow up on compliance, identify improvement areas and initiate changes

Requirements

• ▹Experience working with development methods, processes and quality within an IT department
• ▹Good understanding of SDLC and how modern IT organizations work, whether project-based, product-oriented or in hybrid models
• ▹Academic degree in IT or equivalent work experience as assessed by the employer
