Technical Product Manager

Product Manager • Remote • Full-time Germany Germany

As Technical Product Manager for Integrations, you'll own how Cosuno connects to the third-party systems customers already use — from estimating and ERP tools like RIB iTWO to the open REST API. You'll be the bridge between customers, engineers and the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the integrations product area (REST API and existing connectors like RIB iTWO) and define where it goes next
  • Travel to customers across Germany to support connector implementation and understand their systems and data flows
  • Elicit integration requirements from customers, then prioritize by impact, effort and platform strategy
  • Translate requirements into clear, well-scoped tickets engineers can build
  • Test API documentation and endpoints yourself to validate what's possible and spot gaps
  • Partner with Engineering, Customer Success and Sales for frictionless customer connectivity

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform or developer-facing products
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations — understanding REST APIs, reading documentation, validating endpoints (e.g. Postman)
  • A talent for working directly with customers: eliciting requirements, asking the right questions, earning trust
  • Ability to translate messy real-world integration needs into prioritized, well-scoped tickets
  • Strong analytical thinking and a pragmatic instinct for complex problems
  • Native-level German (firm requirement — all customers are German construction companies) and fluent English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
  • Routine use of AI tools (LLM-based assistants, MCPs, no-code prototyping)

Nice to have

  • Experience with construction tech, ERP or estimating systems (e.g. RIB iTWO, SAP, Nevaris)
  • Background as a solutions engineer, integration engineer or technical consultant
