Principal Full Stack Developer (TypeScript)

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the technical vision and architecture for the core product, working closely with the ML team to integrate new AI features
• ▹Lead the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving the monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture
• ▹Mentor other senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and best practices
• ▹Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the roadmap for the next 1-2 years

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience, typically 10+ years, in software engineering with a proven track record architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications
• ▹Deep, system-level expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and the ability to reason about the entire stack, from database to browser
• ▹History of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions
• ▹Passion for mentoring and technical leadership
• ▹Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
