Director, Software Engineering

Software Engineer • Remote • Full-time European Union or Mississauga, EU/EMEA

Director, Software Engineering role at PointClickCare, a health tech company, remote from Canada or hybrid from Mississauga, ON. The Director will lead the engineering organization responsible for Transitions of Care, reporting to the VP of Engineering, overseeing around 50 engineers through a management structure of 10-11 managers and senior managers, and partnering with Product Management on roadmaps and engineering strategy.

  • Lead and unify multiple engineering teams into a cohesive organization, establishing clear priorities, shared objectives and strong cross-functional collaboration

  • A strategic engineering leader able to mentor leaders, strengthen talent density, drive technical architecture decisions, and help scale AI-powered products and platforms within a cloud-based ecosystem
