Responsibilities

• ▹Take direct part in implementing technical solutions and write high-quality, well-thought-out code
• ▹Focus not only on the technical side but on real business impact
• ▹Move, within 2-4 months, from individual contribution to managing a business direction, including delivery, people management and quality control
• ▹Build and grow your own team, including hiring and personnel decisions

Requirements

• ▹Experience designing product architecture from scratch (system design)
• ▹Practical experience with high-load systems
• ▹Understanding of the product lifecycle in product companies or startups
• ▹Deep experience with relational databases (complex schemas, query and index optimization)
• ▹Experience building microservice architecture or SOA
• ▹Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• ▹Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, complexity, design patterns)
