General QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze requirements and documentation to define testing approach, priorities and risks
• ▹Prepare and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans, regression/smoke suites
• ▹Work with test data through UI, API and database
• ▹Write quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, actual/expected results and severity
• ▹Participate in the release process: smoke/regression checks, pre-release risk assessment
• ▹Write and maintain automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript using Playwright, WebdriverIO or Cypress
• ▹Work with test reports and CI/CD failures

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of commercial experience as a General QA
• ▹Manual testing experience on web/mobile web products (functional, regression, exploratory, cross-browser, cross-device)
• ▹Experience writing automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript: Playwright, WebdriverIO or Cypress
• ▹Understanding of client-server architecture and experience testing content or media platforms
• ▹Basic SQL and Git knowledge, understanding of CI/CD basics
• ▹Experience using AI tools and understanding their limitations in QA processes
• ▹English at Intermediate level or higher
