Development Specialist (SE Remote, any Location, SE, SE)

Responsibilities

• ▹Development and bug fixing on the internal Performance management system
• ▹Close collaboration with developers, internal customers, and other teams
• ▹Customer-support-style problem solving for system users
• ▹Helping colleagues with problem solving and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 1-year professional experience with C# and .NET Framework
• ▹Minimum 1 year with SQL Server and SQL scripting
• ▹Experience with ASP.NET MVC
• ▹Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and SCSS
• ▹Worked with Git and team collaboration tools (e.g. Gitlab)
• ▹Strong programming and problem-solving skills
• ▹Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming & Design
• ▹Good understanding of the web platform
• ▹Ability to communicate daily in English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in call center business
• ▹Proven experience with web UI design
• ▹Experience working with legacy code
• ▹Proven experience with AI tools
