Digital Workplace & Cloud Architect (M365) (Remote, Any Location, ES)

Responsibilities

• ▹Define enterprise architecture, standards, roadmaps, and governance for digital workplace, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and cloud platforms
• ▹Lead Microsoft 365 architecture (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Identity, Security, Compliance, Endpoint Management)
• ▹Design and govern Azure, AWS, and GCP architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies
• ▹Drive endpoint modernization using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM
• ▹Lead architecture decisions, risk management, technical governance, and solution lifecycle management
• ▹Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions
• ▹Produce architecture documentation and operational guides, ensuring successful handover
• ▹Mentor engineering teams and support long-term technology strategy

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, and cloud technologies
• ▹Proven experience delivering large-scale digital workplace and cloud transformation programs in global enterprise environments
• ▹Strong architecture governance, documentation, operational readiness, and service transition experience
• ▹Deep technical expertise: Microsoft Entra ID, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO/OAuth2/SAML, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Azure/AWS/GCP, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power BI
