Data Engineer & CRM Admin - Remote in Germany

Responsibilities

• ▹Extract data from GTM and business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, product, finance) into the data warehouse, structuring and annotating it so it can be queried
• ▹Build and own data flows: ETL pipelines (Airflow/Timescale), data models, and sync jobs that keep systems consistent
• ▹Build the reporting and forecasting layer (Power BI, Salesforce reports, forecast models)
• ▹Make the data agent-ready: warehouse models, APIs, MCP connectors for AI agents to consume
• ▹Engineer transformations that are version-controlled, tested and documented
• ▹Treat data quality as a product: monitoring, validation and hygiene
• ▹Administer Salesforce: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, lead routing
• ▹Administer HubSpot: marketing automation, channel integrations

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization
• ▹Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform
• ▹Confident with SQL, has built ETL/data pipelines (Airflow or similar) and data models
• ▹Has built reporting and forecasting people actually use
• ▹An automator by instinct: scripts, APIs, workflow tools and AI agents used daily
• ▹Confident working in English
• ▹Communicates clearly with non-technical colleagues
