Principal Full Stack Developer with React

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex projects from problem definition through architecture, delivery, and post-release monitoring
• ▹Set technical standards: API contracts, data models, multi-tenant boundaries, performance targets, migration plans
• ▹Shape how the team plans, reviews, tests, releases, and responds to incidents
• ▹Grow engineers through code review, pairing, design feedback, and 1:1s
• ▹Build full-stack features across React frontends, NestJS/GraphQL backend, and PostgreSQL/ClickHouse data layers
• ▹Build fast UIs and dashboards that stay responsive under real-time data load
• ▹Build secure integrations (BI engine, ML prediction engine, LLMs, billing, SSO, third-party APIs) with strict auth and tenant isolation
• ▹Investigate production issues and lead incident response across NextGen and legacy systems

Requirements

• ▹10+ years full-stack experience, including 4+ years with React
• ▹Strong backend skills: NestJS/Express, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Node
• ▹System design judgment: CQRS, event sourcing, distributed systems, multi-tenancy
• ▹Track record leading both projects and people: owning delivery, running reviews, setting standards, growing engineers
• ▹Real ownership of quality, security, and reliability
• ▹Clear written and spoken English
• ▹Ability to work well fully remote with little supervision

Nice to have

• ▹Real-time visualizations or analytics dashboards (d3, AG Grid, Plotly)
• ▹Experience with behavioral data, event streams, or time-series analysis
• ▹Production experience with ML- or LLM-powered features
• ▹Shipped on-prem/self-hosted to enterprise, not just SaaS
• ▹DevOps/CI-CD depth (Docker, Ansible, release pipelines)
• ▹Tech lead or engineering management experience
