Senior Product Manager, Endpoint Agent

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the Agent roadmap across all platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux, and expansion into more platforms
• ▹Decide what ships and in what order, balancing customer-driven feature work, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening
• ▹Translate business vision into engineering reality by synthesizing signals from executive strategy, sister product teams, sales, customer interviews, competitor moves, and the engineering org
• ▹Build for the enterprise: keep the Agent invisible to end users, resilient against tampering, and reliable under demanding conditions
• ▹Set and defend the performance, footprint, and reliability bar (CPU, memory, battery, network usage)
• ▹Define, measure, and meet product KPIs such as adoption, version rollout velocity, and deployment success rate

Requirements

• ▹Senior product management experience, ideally with endpoint, agent, or low-level systems products
• ▹Technical judgment across OS platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux) and telemetry pipelines
• ▹Experience setting and defending performance and reliability bars
• ▹Strong prioritization skills and roadmap ownership experience
