Technical Project Manager II

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with account teams to assess customer architecture and deliver top-tier integration solutions for API and Web Security products
• ▹Partner cross-functionally to enhance integration, deliver quality service, and align feedback with product priorities
• ▹Identify service improvements and issues, contributing to projects that refine practices and integration standards
• ▹Participate in resolving deployment issues, advocating for customers, and identifying new use cases
• ▹Track and report project metrics, milestones, risks, and outcomes, coordinating escalations across engineering, product management, and support
• ▹Mentor and coach other team members to share skills and support development

Requirements

• ▹Experience in a client-facing IT role delivering technical projects while managing multiple priorities
• ▹Expertise in API security concepts, shift-left strategies, and web technologies like HTTP, DNS, REST
• ▹Experience with cloud service deployments with one or more IaaS providers
• ▹Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts and build trusted relationships
