Responsibilities

• ▹Remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues related to technical and service accounts
• ▹Define and implement a formal Firefighter/Emergency Access process
• ▹Restrict and govern access to production environments based on least-privilege principles
• ▹Review and improve access-control mechanisms across ERP integration platforms
• ▹Collaborate with security, compliance and technical teams on secure, auditable access management
• ▹Create and maintain audit-ready documentation for access controls and governance processes

Requirements

• ▹Experience managing technical and service accounts
• ▹Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
• ▹Experience designing Emergency Access / Firefighter processes
• ▹Knowledge of least-privilege principles and production environment access control
• ▹Experience with access governance in ERP integration environments
• ▹Ability to create audit-ready compliance and security documentation
• ▹Strong English communication skills
• ▹4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Governance

Nice to have

• ▹SAP Security or SAP Authorization concepts
• ▹Experience with integration platform access controls
• ▹Experience in regulated or GxP environments
• ▹Exposure to audit, compliance and governance frameworks
