Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions and RAG architectures that solve real business problems
• ▹Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features: problem framing, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• ▹Work with existing data pipelines for preprocessing, feature extraction, and model inference
• ▹Integrate AI solutions into the company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional squads to embed AI capabilities into products and internal tools
• ▹Use AI coding tools, e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, as a standard part of the development workflow
• ▹Contribute to identifying where AI can add measurable value to business processes

Requirements

• ▹Minimum of 3 years in a Software Development role, including at least 1 year in AI/ML engineering
• ▹Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based or RAG solutions in a production environment
• ▹Strong programming skills in Python, including hands-on experience with async patterns and FastAPI
• ▹Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI coding tools in a production engineering context
• ▹Understanding of how AI solutions are integrated into cloud-based systems, preferably AWS
• ▹Proficiency in database management, data wrangling, and working with distributed systems
• ▹Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science
• ▹Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools: CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, monitoring
• ▹Experience with vector databases and semantic search, e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Elasticsearch
• ▹Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain or similar
• ▹Experience working on a SaaS platform or a custom-built product
• ▹Self-directed and curious, seeking feedback proactively
