Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Game Producer in gambling industry (Slots); Strong understanding of slot game development lifecycle; Experience interacting with various roles (designers, developers, QA, artists); Excellent empathy, negotiation, and conflict-resolution; Comprehensive understanding of slot design — from math models (RTP, volatility) to bonus mechanics; Ability to define product vision, prioritize features, and maintain a clear game roadmap/backlog; Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, or other product management tools; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Ukrainian (native speaker). Responsibilities: Full product ownership, from concept and design to launch; Analyze market trends and apply insights to product planning. Collaboration with stakeholders; Work closely with Art, Development, and QA roles to deliver high-quality, engaging games development; Backlog decomposition, define and prioritize tasks for the team; Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation. Will be a plus: Understanding of development technologies and animation tools; Understanding of regulations and compliance in the gambling industry; Basic understanding of player segmentation and monetization models.
