Responsibilities

• ▹Support the client's Product Owner in turning business goals into product direction, priorities and decisions
• ▹Understand the client's business model, goals, strategy, users and metrics so the team knows why it builds what it builds
• ▹Work at the discovery and delivery stages of product implementation
• ▹Manage the roadmap and backlog, tying decisions to measurable business and user outcomes
• ▹Prepare clear requirements and ensure timely delivery
• ▹Negotiate scope and explain technical aspects to the client
• ▹Constructively challenge client requests and recommend alternatives
• ▹Work with a 4-12 person scrum team and collect feedback
• ▹Proactively identify product opportunities, risks and gaps
• ▹Facilitate decisions when stakeholders disagree or requirements are ambiguous

Requirements

• ▹2+ years as a Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product, or serving clients building SaaS products
• ▹Experience in Agile projects
• ▹Ability to structure and visualize ideas in real time
• ▹Excellent work structuring and communication
• ▹Running meetings and workshops with US-based, English-speaking clients
• ▹Writing requirements, creating process flows and communicating them to the development team
• ▹Solid business and product thinking
• ▹Excellent command of Polish and English (both at least C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with Senior Executives
• ▹Understanding of web development technical concepts
• ▹History of working with American stakeholders
