Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure reliable and performant operation of Power Platform components (Power BI Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online)
• ▹Monitor platform usage, performance, and capacity for optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
• ▹Manage and maintain Power BI gateways and secure data connections to the Azure Lakehouse backend (ADF, Databricks, dbt, CDC Framework)
• ▹Oversee role-based access control (RBAC) and workspace permissions in line with corporate governance and Azure security principles
• ▹Monitor and optimize data refresh and load processes for freshness, stability, and reliability
• ▹Collaborate with platform engineering teams to resolve incidents, coordinate upgrades, and drive technical improvements
• ▹Develop standardized operational dashboards and reports for platform usage, capacity, and performance
• ▹Consult and coach Self-Service BI teams on the effective use of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate within the governance framework
• ▹Guide new teams through onboarding, workspace configuration, and compliance processes
