Responsibilities

• ▹Apply domain expertise in CX ecosystems (call center infrastructure, chat platforms, AWS, workforce management, chatbots, CRM, integrations)
• ▹Serve as the authoritative source on Cresta's platform integrations and their technical benefits
• ▹Own the Technical Architecture blueprint from pre-sales to post-sales, managing stakeholder expectations
• ▹Pre-sales: problem-solve with customers to determine the best solution architecture and integration approach
• ▹Post-sales: support the technical implementation team to get customers up and running
• ▹Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to meet customer needs
• ▹Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product and engineering priorities
• ▹Identify and address gaps in technology adoption or deployment through cross-functional collaboration
• ▹Report directly to the Field CTO, managing delivery for strategic accounts end-to-end

Requirements

• ▹Experience with telephony and contact center infrastructure (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
• ▹Good understanding of integration options, APIs, iPaaS, UI integrations
• ▹Highly experienced with AWS, GCP, Salesforce
• ▹Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems
• ▹Extensive experience in large-scale enterprise software implementations and solutions architecture
• ▹Deep understanding of how enterprises leverage Generative AI solutions
• ▹Highly organized, able to manage complex processes with many stakeholders and timelines
• ▹Ability to build strong external relationships with a consultative, strategic approach
• ▹Experience managing and advising on large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders
• ▹Willingness to travel and be on frequent video calls across EST-PST time zones
