Responsibilities

• ▹Co-manage the company with the commercial co-founder, aligning technical strategy with business goals
• ▹Architect and build the MVP of the robotics automation platform, integrating Physical AI with hardware
• ▹Leverage Physical AI models to drive process automation and operational efficiency
• ▹Define the tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap
• ▹Monitor robotics, AI, and automation trends
• ▹Recruit, lead, and mentor a small team of robotics engineering specialists (mechanical, mechatronics, control systems)
• ▹Translate customer feedback and market needs into technical requirements
• ▹Build a culture focused on code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and execution standards
• ▹Establish hardware-software co-development workflows, CI/CD for robotics (firmware, ROS/ROS2, physical AI model deployment), simulation-to-real testing, and safety and data compliance standards

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of leadership experience in deep-tech startups or robotics companies
• ▹3+ years hands-on robotics engineering experience: mechatronics, kinematics, sensor integration, embedded systems, control systems
• ▹Strong background in hardware and robotics engineering, experience building scalable physical automation platforms
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic execution and rapid prototyping
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
• ▹Fluent Polish and English
