Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement SOC architecture for IT and OT environments across energy generation, transmission, and distribution assets
• ▹Develop and maintain security monitoring strategy, ensuring visibility across enterprise, cloud, and industrial control systems
• ▹Design and optimize security log management, telemetry collection, and data onboarding
• ▹Define SOC architecture roadmaps, technology standards, and reference architectures
• ▹Lead security tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and vendor selection processes
• ▹Develop architecture documentation, security standards, and executive-level reporting
• ▹Support cyber resilience initiatives by integrating incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management
• ▹Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including NIS2, IEC 62443

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
• ▹7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including SOC architecture and security engineering
• ▹Familiarity with industrial automation environments (PLC, SAS, OT General)
• ▹Strong understanding of IT and OT cybersecurity concepts
• ▹Practical knowledge of IEC 62443
• ▹Ability to translate business and operational requirements into scalable security architectures
• ▹Familiarity with protocol analysis and system hardening
• ▹Strong communication skills
• ▹Fluent English
