Cloud Vulnerability Management Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify, report and triage vulnerabilities affecting organization cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• ▹Configure and maintain cloud-native scanning tools: CSPM platforms, cloud provider security services, to continuously identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across cloud workloads, containers, and infrastructure-as-code
• ▹Develop, tune, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and scripts that reduce manual analyst workload: detection triage, alert enrichment, report generation
• ▹Partner with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams to drive timely patching and remediation, tracking SLAs
• ▹Build dashboards and metrics giving leadership visibility into AI system performance, adoption, and emerging cyber risk trends
• ▹Perform routine and targeted audits of cloud environments to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• ▹Develop, maintain, and communicate cloud security policies and procedures

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience combined with training and certifications
• ▹3-5+ years of application security experience
• ▹Experience with vulnerability management solutions: Tenable, Qualys
• ▹Solid scripting/programming ability: Python, PowerShell or similar, for building automation and integrations
• ▹Experience working in cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud security tooling
• ▹Proven experience handling cloud security incidents
• ▹Experience conducting cloud security audits and compliance assessments
