Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines and deliverables are met
• ▹Establish and manage project governance structures (steering committees, risk management, escalation paths)
• ▹Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors
• ▹Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN's SaaS/RaaS solutions with customer goals
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) for seamless delivery
• ▹Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks and value realization frameworks

Requirements

• ▹7+ years managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models
• ▹Proven track record delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget
• ▹Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
• ▹Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies
• ▹Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs and success criteria
• ▹Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• ▹PMP, Scrum or other project management certification preferred
• ▹Willingness to travel up to 40%, including internationally
