Responsibilities

• ▹Organize teams in JIRA: releases, sprints, ceremonies
• ▹Own the delivery calendar and ceremony rhythm
• ▹Create and maintain dashboard reporting
• ▹Facilitate end-to-end delivery from scoping to prod rollout
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies
• ▹Surface risks early, ensure on-time delivery
• ▹Implement PDLC best practices

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• ▹6+ years of technical project management experience
• ▹Experience in fintech, blockchain or crypto
• ▹Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian suite
• ▹Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• ▹Experience with remote/globally distributed teams
• ▹Understanding of tokenization platforms and core infrastructure (blockchain, smart contracts, wallet/custody, IAM)
