Senior Product Designer/Industrial Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design process from concept development to production-ready solutions, including DFM and DFA analysis
• ▹Translate product briefs, caregiver feedback, VOC data, and customer reviews into user-centered product concepts
• ▹Select materials balancing aesthetics, structural durability, and cost-efficiency
• ▹Create advanced CAD models and technical documentation, using FEA and structural simulations
• ▹Design and validate mockups, prototypes, and functional test samples
• ▹Collaborate with engineers, sourcing partners, and marketing on cost, supplier capabilities, and timelines
• ▹Optimize design-to-prototype cycle times
• ▹Communicate with international manufacturing partners, including Asian/China suppliers

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in Industrial Design or Product Design
