Responsibilities

• ▹Collect data, analyze it, document processes, and maintain and update reports.
• ▹Study current processes in the department and company, identify issues that need improvement, and propose enhancements.
• ▹Implement the improvement process.
• ▹Create reports for improving inventory management, marketing activities, pricing, and optimizing logistics and inventory costs.
• ▹Analyze and forecast sales, and predict demand for new directions.
• ▹Monitor key performance indicators for the purchasing department.
• ▹Prepare presentations using graphs and charts.
• ▹Study the business processes of the purchasing department.
• ▹Build a new inventory management system based on the current report, broken down by business logic and operational efficiency.
• ▹Analyze production time and readiness of goods to correctly determine safety stock and reorder point.
• ▹Regularly analyze delivery times from supplier to prep center and from prep center to Amazon warehouse.
• ▹Analyze costs (advertising, marketing, logistics, Amazon fees) per unit to determine minimum profit and required sales volume.

Requirements

• ▹Analytical thinking, working with large databases: collecting, analyzing, classifying, diagnosing problems, proposing solutions.
• ▹Attention to detail.
• ▹Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• ▹Organizational skills, strategic task execution, prioritization, and time management.
• ▹English at B2 level.

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in retail e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify).
