Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS initiatives including upgrades, process improvements, integrations, and operational enhancements
• ▹Drive functional delivery across Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, Subledger Accounting, and Cost Management modules
• ▹Support ERP modernization and simplification initiatives to improve scalability and maintainability
• ▹Partner with Finance and Accounting to improve close processes, inventory controls, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy
• ▹Support long-term Oracle Cloud/Fusion migration readiness and enterprise application transformation planning
• ▹Oversee enterprise structure alignment across multi-org, multi-region, and multi-currency operational models
• ▹Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives for receiving, grading, refurbishment, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics
• ▹Drive delivery and integration initiatives across Deposco WMS, operational processing systems, Oracle ERP, and third-party logistics platforms
• ▹Partner with warehouse and operations teams to optimize fulfillment workflows, inventory accuracy, and traceability
• ▹Support operational scaling initiatives including inventory orchestration and warehouse automation
