Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs, from initial scoping through execution to release
• ▹Go beyond status reporting: proactively identify blockers and drive resolution together with the team
• ▹Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business objectives
• ▹Coordinate work across cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders) in multinational and hybrid setups
• ▹Own risk and issue management, surfacing problems early and escalating when needed
• ▹Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership
• ▹Communicate project progress, key decisions, and release plans clearly and consistently
• ▹Drive change management and support adoption of new processes, tools, or platforms
• ▹Work closely with technology leadership to align delivery with the broader roadmap
• ▹Create and maintain clear project documentation: plans, reports, decision logs
• ▹Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience in project and/or program management in IT and software development
• ▹Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end with a solid understanding of technical details
• ▹Solid experience leading Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in hybrid and multinational environments
• ▹Strong understanding of technical concepts: SDLC, integrations, cloud infrastructure, technical debt
• ▹Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional dependencies
• ▹One or more certificates: PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, SAFe Agilist, ACP, or equivalent
• ▹Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, fluent English
• ▹University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
