Responsibilities

• ▹Guide physicians through the entire doctoral process — methodology, statistics, writing, structure
• ▹Deliver statistical and qualitative analyses (R, Python, SPSS, MAXQDA)
• ▹Explain methods to doctoral candidates calmly and clearly, in writing and in conversation
• ▹Revise scientific texts, give feedback, ensure methodological rigor
• ▹Coordinate multiple parallel projects — deadlines, quality, client contact
• ▹Use AI and automation tools to work faster and better
• ▹Communicate clearly with professors, academic chairs, and research institutions

Requirements

• ▹University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Statistics, Psychology (empirical/quantitative), Social Science (quantitative), Business Mathematics, Business Administration with an empirical focus, Mathematics, Public Health (quantitative), or comparable
• ▹Structured, methodical way of working
• ▹Hands-on experience with R, Python, SPSS, or MAXQDA within the last 12 months
• ▹Experience explaining methods (as a tutor, teaching assistant, exercise instructor, or similar academic role)
• ▹Emotional stability under pressure
• ▹Self-responsibility and reliability, meeting deadlines
• ▹Resilience during intense periods, no fair-weather mentality
• ▹German at C2 level — able to correct texts and argue clearly but respectfully with senior clients
• ▹Interest in working in the private sector rather than a university environment

Nice to have

• ▹Prior professional experience is a plus, not a must — career starters are also welcome
