Responsibilities

• ▹Owning delivery for two engineering teams, ensuring predictable and timely delivery
• ▹Planning, coordinating and monitoring project execution from initiation to release
• ▹Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives and other meetings
• ▹Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders
• ▹Identifying delivery risks, dependencies and blockers, and proactively driving mitigation plans
• ▹Coordinating cross-team initiatives involving multiple engineering domains
• ▹Managing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• ▹Driving transparency through clear reporting and regular stakeholder communication
• ▹Supporting engineering teams by improving delivery processes while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum
• ▹Fostering healthy collaboration within teams and across departments
• ▹Ensuring project documentation and Jira boards remain accurate and up to date

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development (iGaming)
• ▹Experience working on product platform development (not agency or client delivery projects)
• ▹Experience managing backend engineering teams in a product company
• ▹Experience coordinating technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams
• ▹Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), backend architecture and engineering workflows
• ▹Basic understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines and release management sufficient to effectively coordinate a DevOps team
• ▹Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership
• ▹Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure teams
• ▹Experience working with high-load distributed systems
