Director of Product Management - Germany - Global Content

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead product strategy for Germany across Guidewire's suite of cloud products, aligned with German and EMEA business strategies and market/customer needs discovered through direct customer interaction
• ▹Be part of the German leadership team, contributing product knowledge and market insight to business strategy
• ▹Collaborate with Guidewire engineering leadership to identify how platform capabilities solve market needs innovatively
• ▹Guide or influence delivery efforts to ensure consistency with overall product strategy and business objectives
• ▹Manage priorities across multiple product streams in Germany, advocating for effective resourcing
• ▹Represent product as a thought leader in discussions and presentations with customer executives and technology leadership

Requirements

• ▹Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a technical or business leadership role driving technology and digital innovation
• ▹Experience setting strategic goals and realizing them through planning and implementation
• ▹Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• ▹High degree of comfort with technology
• ▹Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision while collaborating in a team
• ▹Effective communication with developers, business analysts, and other product managers
