Director of Technical Product Management - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Continuously raise the platform quality bar across performance, reliability, security, scalability and observability
• ▹Define and execute the platform product roadmap aligned with business and customer needs
• ▹Gather requirements from application teams and VPC customers and translate them into actionable product requirements
• ▹Prioritize platform investments, technical debt reduction, and application team requests
• ▹Own platform demand and prioritization end to end
• ▹Drive roadmap execution and manage cross-functional dependencies
• ▹Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders
• ▹Partner closely with architecture and engineering teams to shape platform direction

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of Technical Product Management experience
• ▹Experience owning platform, infrastructure, developer platform, API, or internal technical products
• ▹Strong understanding of hybrid SaaS architectures with control plane and customer-deployed VPC environments
• ▹Proven experience defining and driving non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, security, scalability and observability
• ▹Track record of delivering complex platform roadmaps and driving measurable outcomes
• ▹Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product and business teams
• ▹Technical fluency to understand architecture, dependencies, migrations, technical debt and platform trade-offs
• ▹Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
• ▹Exposure to enterprise or regulated environments such as SOX, SOC, finance or compliance-heavy domains
• ▹Comfortable with significant overlap with US East Coast teams, available until approximately 2:30 AM IST
