Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate and drive all rollout-relevant activities for the SAP module at the defined rollout location
• ▹Ensure an efficient and compliant rollout at the site for the SAP module
• ▹Drive Kick-Off, Fit-to-Template, and System-Test sessions at plant locations, ensuring proper and fast handling of findings and missing features
• ▹Operate JIRA to steer development by the relevant IT teams and write user stories defining business requirements
• ▹Coordinate data migration actions to meet the system-test schedule and validate migrated data in test and productive systems
• ▹Create and independently execute the Cutover Plan before go-live, and organize post-go-live activities for the SAP module
• ▹Establish constant exchange between local key/power users and the Location Lead
• ▹Train local key users, including building training plans for end users and power users
• ▹Coordinate the rollout of CT tools (e.g. QDA) in close exchange with the BA, country, and location teams
• ▹Substitute for or represent the Rollout Lead on request
• ▹Gain a full process overview for the SAP module, including good know-how of other SAP modules

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree as Industrial Engineer, Computer Scientist, Business Manager, or comparable experience through several years of practical work
• ▹Several years of experience in an SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module, in a multinational environment
• ▹Good SAP know-how for the respective module
• ▹Project management skills and successful realization of at least 1 global/regional project
• ▹Business process know-how
• ▹Ability to lead change and lead by influence, while also creating transparency
• ▹Data analysis and problem-solving affinity
• ▹Fluent English, written and spoken; Spanish skills preferred
• ▹Ability to think cross-BA / cross-function and work in high-visibility jobs
• ▹Effective communication skills across different management levels and cultural styles
