Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and grow a team of software engineers, including hiring, coaching and career development
• ▹Interact regularly with other teams to understand their needs and accelerate them
• ▹Translate product and engineering roadmaps into operational plans and guide the team through delivery
• ▹Determine staffing and resourcing needs to meet project schedules and goals
• ▹Partner with peer engineering managers, product managers, architects and DevOps/SRE leadership to align priorities
• ▹Manage the team's day-to-day work, including ownership of the App Registration service

• ▹Strong understanding of the full stack, from low-level data calls to microservices and Kubernetes-based deployment
