Field-based Customer Engineer role in Denmark, responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing NCR Voyix retail and hospitality hardware such as EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs and ATMs/kiosks.

Responsibilities

▹Diagnose, perform minor repairs and replace modules on EPOS, self-checkout systems, PCs, workstations and peripherals
▹Provide second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks
▹Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
▹Own customer problems and incidents through to resolution, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
▹Travel to customer sites, carrying and lifting tools and parts
▹Work rotating shifts as required

Requirements

▹Full DK driving license
▹Experience with Windows operating systems
▹Experience in PC hardware maintenance
▹Basic network skillset
▹Good problem-solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly, ability to work under pressure
▹Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
▹High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude

Nice to have

▹Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair and basic computer hardware and software knowledge
