Responsibilities

• ▹Overseeing MEAL frameworks, indicators, and measurement plans across countries
• ▹Owning and continually refining Imagine's Theory of Change
• ▹Developing and maintaining Master Data Management (MDM) definitions, procedures, standards, and data review rhythms
• ▹Maintaining an up-to-date repository of program metrics for internal reporting, proposals, and donor materials
• ▹Ensuring program data is trusted, accessible, and actionable
• ▹Making program dashboards, visualizations, and data platforms intuitive and optimized for leadership, country, and function teams
• ▹Aligning data sources (LMS, platform analytics, MEAL tools, partner systems) with master data standards
• ▹Establishing robust data governance and quality assurance protocols
