• ▹Define AI strategy, priorities, and roadmap with the COO and Business Line Leader
• ▹Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
• ▹Restructure workflows and operating models in line with Lean strategy
• ▹Drive end-to-end deployment of AI initiatives from opportunity identification to scale
• ▹Manage a balanced portfolio between short-term impact and long-term capability building
• ▹Define and track KPIs for measurable impact
• ▹Lead and develop a small team of project managers and data analysts
• ▹Build strategic external partnerships and collaborate closely with the internal Foundry
