Responsibilities

• ▹Lead project estimation: defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for creative, graphic design, and web development projects.
• ▹Develop detailed project plans and schedules from concept to delivery.
• ▹Monitor project progress, time, and effort tracking.
• ▹Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• ▹Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• ▹Ensure team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• ▹Lead and motivate the project team.
• ▹Ensure optimal utilization of team members based on skills, availability, and project needs.
• ▹Identify project risks early, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• ▹Ensure projects are executed and delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• ▹Identify customer business needs and goals, recommending optimal solutions.
• ▹Contribute to marketing strategies, especially around internal branding.

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment.
• ▹Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and tools.
• ▹Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• ▹Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• ▹Experience managing stakeholders and aligning team capabilities with client needs.
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ▹Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• ▹Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
• ▹Proven track record of delivering projects aligned with business objectives.
• ▹Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• ▹Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of design workflows and tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• ▹Experience communicating effectively with design teams.
