Design Project Manager (Ukraine)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead multidisciplinary design teams (Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, Structural, BIM/VDC, Architectural) on complex data center projects
• ▹Manage all phases of project delivery, from proposal through design completion and construction support
• ▹Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships
• ▹Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations
• ▹Monitor project financial performance, including fee utilization, forecasts, invoicing, and change management
• ▹Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination across disciplines and stakeholders
• ▹Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• ▹Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• ▹Ensure deliverables comply with internal QA/QC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices
• ▹Support business development activities, including proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations
• ▹Mentor project teams and promote collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence
