SaaS Operations Director (French speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support a portfolio of SaaS clients as single point of contact for SaaS services
• ▹Ensure EIS meets contractual entitlements and charges appropriately for out-of-scope services
• ▹Engage with client, internal and external teams on contracted services
• ▹Act as operational gatekeeper for meeting contractual expectations
• ▹Partner with the Client Partner to grow business engagement
• ▹Perform client onboarding and ongoing operational management of incident, change, DevOps, ProdOps and SupportOps processes
• ▹Build strong relationships with client operational and delivery leaders
• ▹Monitor operational performance and availability, engaging quickly on critical issues
• ▹Collaborate with product development, support and SaaS ops teams on resource allocation
• ▹Act as the voice of the client internally, leading quarterly business reviews
• ▹Provide governance reporting on all SaaS services
• ▹Partner with Engineering to improve incident handling processes
