Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the enterprise roadmap for Sales and Service technology
• ▹Shape the technology strategy and the measurement approach
• ▹Own the technology for every non-web sales channel: contact center, group/event sales, partners, OTA bookings
• ▹Own service technology across every channel, from pre-booking inquiry through post-booking support
• ▹Partner closely with the Digital team where journeys overlap
