Responsibilities

• ▹Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
• ▹Orchestrate overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
• ▹Support de-escalation of critical customer situations
• ▹Support customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle
• ▹Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement
• ▹Liaise with various SAP user stakeholders
• ▹Review account status and analyze transition needs
• ▹Support systematic, faster onboarding of new associates

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of technical expertise in SAP Basis area
• ▹Hands-on experience with HANA database
• ▹Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
• ▹4+ years' experience with multi-national software/IT organizations
• ▹2+ years of cloud knowledge (Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management)
• ▹2+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge
• ▹Mandatory languages: German, Dutch, and Greek

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration with SAP landscape
• ▹Hands-on experience with hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
