Staff Product Manager, Equity Foundations

Responsibilities

• ▹Defining the vision and strategy for the heart of the product (transactions and effects, equity types, trading) in collaboration with product and engineering leadership
• ▹Defining, planning, and executing a roadmap to bring equity and cap table management to the next level so finance and legal teams can trust their data is accurate and compliant
• ▹Running discovery to develop deep expertise in equity structures across Ledgy's core markets
• ▹Collaborating with product leadership on strategy, balancing enterprise delivery milestones with longer-term platform investments
• ▹Partnering with design, engineering, and subject-matter experts to write clear specifications and manage delivery in an agile setting
• ▹Defining and tracking success metrics for the team's initiatives
