Responsibilities

• ▹Design technical solutions meeting business needs
• ▹Configure and develop scripts on the ServiceNow platform according to backlog user stories
• ▹Write technical documentation following team standards
• ▹Perform integration testing of user stories
• ▹Handle ServiceNow incidents (level 2 support)
• ▹Prepare and ensure the various steps of production deployment

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform in complex environments
• ▹Mastery of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change)
• ▹Knowledge of CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM modules
• ▹In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
• ▹Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ▹Ability to configure and set up ServiceNow modules at an advanced level
• ▹Expertise in ServiceNow back-office administration
