Service Technician (h/f/x)

Responsibilities

• ▹Organize projects and take responsibility for the technical implementation of complex IT system projects (installation, configuration)
• ▹Analyze, advise on, implement and document solutions in client environments
• ▹Support national and international subsidiaries, partners and key accounts, independently carrying out qualification/solution-finding activities
• ▹Create Proof-of-Concepts for partners
• ▹Train certified partners

Requirements

• ▹Solid IT knowledge acquired through studies or training
• ▹Analytical skills for independent problem analysis and a solution-oriented work style
• ▹Basic project management knowledge
• ▹Very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
• ▹Ability to work independently and responsibly
• ▹Strong customer and service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking
• ▹Full mobility and driving license for international project activities

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of vector graphics editing
• ▹Experience with databases, virtualization, network protocols and IT security mechanisms
• ▹Basic programming knowledge
