Responsibilities

▹Partner closely with Product and Engineering to design scalable risk tools and strategies
▹Define and operate a layered fraud defense approach
▹Act as a primary partner to Product teams, supporting PRD development
▹Analyze fraud trends and translate insights into system-level improvements
▹Manage and optimize fraud rules, thresholds and scoring logic
▹Leverage ML and AI systems to improve fraud detection
▹Partner with Data teams to build data pipelines, dashboards and reporting
▹Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into workflows
▹Develop fraud intelligence reporting for leadership
▹Manage relationships with third-party fraud vendors

Requirements

▹8-12+ years of experience in fraud, risk, fraud intelligence, risk analytics, trust & safety, marketplace abuse or financial crime

Soft skills

Systems-level thinkingCross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and DataComfort operating in complexity
