Consultant (Intercom)

Responsibilities

• ▹Client engagement & project management: own configuration and delivery tasks, support client communication
• ▹Manage project timelines and budget tracking
• ▹Provide ongoing managed services: post-implementation support and optimization
• ▹Assist in planning, coordinating and executing data migrations
• ▹Configure, train and optimize Intercom's Fin AI Agent
• ▹Audit and structure knowledge base content for AI-driven resolutions
• ▹Collaborate with senior consultants and internal teams
• ▹Develop expertise across the Intercom suite (CX Suite, Fin AI, integrations)
• ▹Lead and support jumpstart implementations for new clients

Requirements

• ▹Native or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field
• ▹Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with CX or SaaS platforms
