Responsibilities

• ▹Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology
• ▹Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting
• ▹Provide guidance to teams on implementing the chosen management methodology
• ▹Support Project Managers in complying with IT governance rules
• ▹Participate in reviewing estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements
• ▹Prepare and maintain project plans, tracking activities against them
• ▹Monitor costs, timescales and resources, reviewing actions on deviations
• ▹Define and manage the change control procedure

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role
• ▹At least 3 years of experience managing or supporting IT projects
• ▹At least 3 years of experience in an Agile software development environment
• ▹Advanced project management certification such as PM2, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or PMBOK
• ▹Strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum: roles, ceremonies, artifacts
• ▹Experience as a coach or trainer
• ▹At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, Power Automate and Power Query
• ▹At least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• ▹At least 3 years of experience using Jira
• ▹At least 3 years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• ▹Eligibility to obtain an EU-27 Security Clearance

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with the Microsoft 365 toolset, including Excel
