Senior Project Manager (AdTech)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop detailed project plans with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planning
• ▹Coordinate, track and deliver technical projects spanning multiple teams (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success)
• ▹Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity and cohesion
• ▹Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• ▹Conduct project risk analysis and proactively track and communicate risks to stakeholders
• ▹Create and maintain transparent, easy-to-read project documentation and reports
• ▹Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, tools and templates
• ▹Act as a resource and people manager: support hiring, onboarding and professional growth of team members

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of commercial experience in technology-focused project management
• ▹Strong organizational skills managing complex, cross-functional projects
• ▹Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• ▹Proven track record setting up Scrum processes and coaching teams
• ▹Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes (planning, estimation, monitoring, risk management)
• ▹Hands-on experience with technical requirements management
• ▹Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration
• ▹Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the AdTech domain
• ▹Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification
• ▹Basic knowledge of SQL
