Responsibilities

• ▹Own and prioritize the Intelligent Authoring product backlog
• ▹Gather, refine and document business and technical requirements
• ▹Write product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services and Development teams to define product priorities
• ▹Partner with technical teams on solution design, feasibility and architecture discussions
• ▹Validate delivered functionality and provide acceptance feedback
• ▹Support roadmap planning and continuous product improvement
• ▹Contribute to strategic modernization and re-architecture initiatives

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in a B2B software environment
• ▹Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture concepts
• ▹Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives simultaneously
• ▹Professional-level English communication skills, written and verbal
• ▹Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development work
• ▹Outcome-focused mindset with a passion for delivering customer value

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions
• ▹Experience supporting product modernization or re-architecture programs
• ▹Exposure to regulated or compliance-focused applications
• ▹SAP experience or familiarity with SAP environments
• ▹Experience leveraging AI tools for research, analysis and documentation
