Automation and Process Improvement Team Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end process automation and robotization initiatives
• ▹Identify areas for improvement and propose data- and technology-based solutions
• ▹Collaborate with business and technology teams during implementations
• ▹Ensure solution quality: from analysis through testing to monitoring operation
• ▹Develop and maintain the stability of deployed automations
• ▹Co-create standards and best practices in the RPA and AI area
• ▹Support the team's competency development through mentoring, feedback and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• ▹Experience coordinating technology projects and working with a team
• ▹Confidence analyzing and optimizing business processes
• ▹Knowledge of tools/areas such as Power Automate, SQL, PySpark, Power BI (or similar)
• ▹Understanding of working with data and business-support systems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with methodologies such as ITIL
